The owner determines the cancellation policy on his property.
There are three cancellation policies available for owners to choose from, namely: Flexible, Moderate, and Strict.
These policies determine if and how a refund for a confirmed booking will be processed with respect to your check-in date. They are also in effect for a no-show situation.
Flexible: Cancellations made within 72 hours in advance of the check-in date will receive full refund.
Moderate: Cancellations made within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund.
Strict: Cancellations made within 72 hours will not receive a refund.
